Velocity Collision Center Limited Lifetime Warranty covers repairs completed at our Collision Center for as long as you own your vehicle.
Terms and Conditions of our Limited Lifetime Warranty
  1. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is not transferable. It is valid for as long as YOU own the vehicle.
  2. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is good only at Velocity Collision Center. Your vehicle must be brought back to Velocity Collision Center to be covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
  3. This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only.
  4. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
    1. Repairs and/or damage which does not relate to the above referenced repairs.
    2. Repairs or damage done before or after our repair which compromises the integrity of our repair.
    3. Damage due to normal wear and tear, improper maintenance or unreasonable use.
    4. Road hazards which cause damage to the vehicle or the vehicle’s finish.
    5. Used or LKQ mechanical components (12 months or 12,000 miles whichever comes first).
    6. Sublet repairs (12 months, 12,000 miles or vendor’s warranty, whichever provides better coverage).
    7. Alignments (3 months or 3,000 miles whichever comes first).
    8. Replacement transportation.
    9. Compensation for loss of use.
  5. A copy of our warranty certificate, your receipt, and proof of ownership will be required for warranty repairs.
